Had to share this 🙂
Total blast from the past. This was the switch that we programmed our C++ predictive dialer for our telemarketing centers in Arizona/North Dakota from 1995 thru 2000+.
It was a wonderful switch able to handle 200+ agents no problem. Those were glorious days. C++ was my favorite language at the time and I was heavily into Unix/C++ network/systems and computer telephony programming at the time for several years. Ended up working at Impact Technologies using MFC/C++ on the traffic analyst product (still in the market) in 1997 for the Siemons/Rolm switches.
Ah but the Excel LNX switch. Great company, great switch, great people who used to work there as well as their owner Mr. Bob Madonna.
